摘 要:通过对人体胸主动脉生理结构特点及性能分析,经过编织、500℃热处理、缝制等工艺研制完成一种新型微创介入治疗用TiNi形状记忆合金胸主动脉支架,该支架由记忆合金丝和人造血管组成,呈渐细、无梁结构。利用电子万能实验机测量支架丝材力学性能和径向支撑力,DSC测量支架恢复温度,临床医生对支架的结构设计进行了验证。研究结果表明,该支架形状完全恢复的温度为(25.9±3)℃,径向支撑力在6~8N之间,无梁渐细结构能大大降低医生的操作难度,具有更好的柔韧性和均匀弹性膨胀性,更加符合人体胸主动脉生理结构特点,在临床上取得良好的试验效果。According to the physiological characteristics and performances of human thoracic aorta, a new thoracic aorta stent of TiNi shape memory alloy was finished by knitting, beat treating at 500 ℃, sewing and so on, which was designed for minimally invasive interventional therapeutic procedure. The stent was made up of TiNi shape memory alloy wires and artificial blood vessel. The stent was smaller gradually in diameter, and had no girder. The mechanical property of TiNi wires and radial holding force of the stent were measured with electron universal test machine and the recovery temperature was measured by DSC (differential scanning calorimetry), and structural design of the stent had been verified by doctors. The results showed that the stents recovered shape completely at 25.9 + 3 ℃ and radial holding force of the stent distributed between 6 and 8 N. Doctors would operate more easily due to its reducing diameter structure with no girder. The stent had good flexibility and uniform expandability, and was more suitable to meet the physiological characteristics of human thoracic aorta. The results of clinical application were satisfactory.
