摘  要:在润滑油中添加蛇纹石粉体,采用MM-200摩擦磨损试验机研究了45#钢-45#钢摩擦副摩擦磨损特性,借助SEM、EDAX及XPS分析不同润滑条件下45#钢环的表面形貌和成分.实验结果表明:添加剂的加入能够有效地降低摩擦副的磨损量;所形成保护层的主要组成元素为Fe,O,C,Mg和S i,说明添加剂直接参与了膜的形成,而膜的形成不是添加剂粉体简单地附着在摩擦副表面,而是在摩擦磨损过程中发生了一定的分解及物理化学反应,从而形成自修复膜层.Friction and wear properties of 1 045 steel pairs were investigated by MM-200 friction and wear tester under lubricated condition with serpentine additives. The surface topographies and compositions of the worn surface of 1 045 steel rings were analyzed by SEM, EDAX and XPS. The depth analysis of chemical constitution of the self-repairing film was conducted by sputter-ion method for investigation of the longitudinal distribution of the main component. The additives obviously reduced the wear of the friction pairs. The main compositions of the film were Fe, O, Si, C and Mg, it indicates that the additives directly took part in the formation of the self-repairing film. The formation process of the self-repairing film was tribophysical and tribochemical reaction between the metal and the additive power instead of the simple adherence of the power on the surface of the friction pairs.
