摘 要:目的 分析手内在肌训练对指屈肌腱损伤修复术后的影响。方法选取60例指屈肌腱损伤修复术后患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。于修复术后48h,实验组进行手内在肌训练,并进行指屈肌腱被动训练和指伸肌腱主动训练,对照组只接受指屈肌腱被动训练和指伸肌腱主动训练。治疗3个月后分别进行明尼苏达手灵巧度评定(MMDT)和普渡手小关节精细运动评定(PPT)。结果实验组与对照组治疗3个月后,明尼苏达手灵巧度和普渡手小关节精细运动评定方面,实验组明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论指屈肌腱损伤修复术后早期手内在肌训练能够改善患手灵巧度和协调运动功能,并能促进手精细运动的恢复。Objective To observe the effects of training on intrinsic hand muscles after digital flexor tendon repair. Methods A total of 60 patients with digital flexor tendon repair were randomly assigned into an experiment group ( n = 30) and a control group ( n = 30). Patients in the experiment group received intrinsic hand muscles training, in addition to the passive mobilization of the flexor tendons and active mobilization of the extensor tendons administered to those in the control group. Minnesota manual dexterity test and Purdue pegboard test were adopted to assessment the outcome after 3 months of training. Results After 3 months of training, there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of the results of Minnesota manual dexterity test and Purdue pegboard test (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Intrinsic hand muscles training after digital flexor tendon repair can improve fine movement and coordination of hand.
