摘  要:板料激光喷丸弯曲成形是一种新技术,为中厚板料弯曲成形提供全新的手段,为强激光在板料塑性成形领域的应用开辟了新方向。激光喷丸弯曲成形是利用冲击波诱导的残余应力实现板料弯曲成形,其成形的效果与激光工艺参数、板料几何参数及材料性能等因素有关。根据喷丸路径,把激光喷丸弯曲成形件分为V形件、柱面件、球面圆顶件等。分析了激光喷丸弯曲成形方法及成形装置。最后,介绍了激光喷丸弯曲成形的实际运用并分析了其潜在应用。Laser peening bending forming of sheet metal is a novel technology,which provides a new way for bending of media and thick steel plates and pioneers a new orientation of high-powered laser's application in plastic forming. Laser peening ben ding forming employs residual stresses induced by laser-induced shock waves to achieve sheet metal bending. The effect of laser peening bending forming is related to process parameters of laser, geographical parameters and material properties of sheet met al and so on. According to peening routings, laser peenig bending pieces are divided into V shape pieces, Cylindrical pieces, Spherical and domical pieces and so on. the methods and devices of processing are analyzed. At last, it's practical applications are introduced and potential applications are analyzed.
