摘 要:利用高功率脉冲固体Nd:YAG激光对4mm厚的5A06铝合金板材进行切割试验,探讨辅助气体Ar、N2、O2对激光切割质量的影响。通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、粗糙度测量仪、X射线衍射仪分析切缝及切面的形貌、粗糙度、物相及显微组织,结果表明:分别采用这三种辅助气体时,切缝均窄细平直,挂渣量依次增多;垂直度分别为0.08mm、0.08mm和0.05m;切面粗糙度分别为2.870μm、3.554μm、7.974μm;切面物相分别为Al+Al3Mg2、Al+Al3Mg2+AlN、Al+Al3Mg2+Al2O3;热影响区宽度分别为90μm、100μm、不明显;辅助气体压力对切缝宽度的影响不明显。The cutting test was carried out on the thickness of the 4mm of the 5A06 aluminium alloys using the high power pulse solid Nd: YAG Laser, it is discussed that the influence of assistant At、N2、O2 to .the quality of laser cutting. The appearance,the roughness, the phase and the microstructure of the kerfs and cutting surface were analyzed through optical micro- scope, scanning electron microscope, and the X-ray single crystal diffractometer, the results show that: the kerfs were narrow, fine, flat and straight, when Ar、N2、O2 was adopted, but the residue took turns more, the verticality is respectively 0.08mm, 0.08mm and 0.05mm, the roughness is respectively 2.870μm, 3.554μm and 7.974μm, the phase of cutting surface is respec tively Al+Al3Mg2、Al+A13Mg2、Al+Al3Mg2+AlM、Al+Al3Mg2+Al2O3, the width of heat affected zone is respectively 90μm, 100μm and no clarity. The air pressure of assistant gas has little influence on the kerfs width.
