摘 要:利用激光冲击波技术对钛合金板料进行了成形实验,所采用的激光波长为1.064μm,脉宽约23ns,能量35J左右,有效光斑直径8mm,脉冲的重复率0.5Hz。并用ABAQUS软件对激光冲压TC4板料成形进行了仿真分析,探讨了激光参数、板料性能、约束边界、冲击路径等条件对板料小曲率成形的影响,获得了在激光连续冲击条件下,板料成形深度、成形轮廓与激光参数、约束边界条件和冲击路径之间的变化规律。通过此类激光冲击实验可优化激光冲击的相关参数,预测板料变形。Using a neodymium glass laser with pulse energy 35J, pulse width 23ns, laser wavelength 1. 064μm, effective spot diameter 8mm, pulse repetitious rate 0.5hz and Using a ABAQUS software, an experimental study and numerical simulation on laser - shock forming of titanium sheet metal were carried out respectively. The effects of laser parameters, sheet metal properties and confining boundary, laser shock path, etc on sheet metal forming were analyzed. Under the condition of consecutive la set shock, the relationship between the depth of metal forming, forming configuration and processing parameters, confining boundary was obtained. Finally, some key problem which are to be further studied for industrial application of laser shock forming were pointed out.
