摘  要:本文基于AT89S52设计了一种数控半导体激光器(LD)驱动电源,该电源采用单片机控制,通过键盘设定工作电流值和限定电流值,并在LCD屏上显示,同时这些设定值可存储在E^2PROM内便于下次调用。该电源输出电流在0-6.55A,实验表明:当电流分别设定为3.02A或5.32A时,连续8小时内的电流变化量均小于2mA。此外,该电源还具有过流保护、延时软启动,可与PC机通信完成数据自动采集等多种功能,在科研和生产中有很好的应用前景。Based on AT89S52 we designed a digital driving source for LD. The driving source is controlled by MCU. The operation current value and current limit value can be set with bey board. The values can be displayed on the LCD screen and be stored in E^2PROM so that these can be used next time. The output current from 0 to 6.55A can be achieved. Experiments show the variation of the current has less than 2 mA within 8 hours when the current value is set to 3.02 A or 5.32A. In addi tion, it has such functions as limited current protection, soft starting delayed and automatic data acquisition by the computer through the serial port and so on. It will be widely used in the fields of scientific research and production.
