高频超声观测国人健康女性静止期乳腺导管管径变化趋势  

Observing Change Trend of Size of the Ducts among Chinese Normal Females Resting Stage Breast by High-Resolution Sonography

摘　　要：目的经高频超声观测健康女性静止期乳腺导管管径在正常生理状态下随年龄增加发生改变的趋势。方法经高频超声对4256例次成年国人女性进行乳腺导管管径的测量,按19岁以下、20～29岁、30～39岁、40～49岁、50～59岁、60～69岁、70～79岁、80岁以上8个年龄段分别观察、记录、计算该年龄段的乳腺导管的管径、最大值和最小值及平均值等。结果右乳腺导管管径所测数值0.20～5.10mm,平均值为(1.43±0.46)mm,95%可信区间为1.41～1.44mm,最大值均值为(3.09±1.17)mm,最小值均值为(0.51±0.31)mm。左乳腺导管管径所测数值0.40～4.00mm,平均值为(1.43±0.48)mm,95%可信区间为1.42～1.44mm,最大值均值为(2.76±0.82)mm,最小值均值为(0.65±0.3)mm。双侧乳腺导管管径总体平均值比较差别不显著(P=0.78)。各年龄段间的乳腺导管管径平均值比较,只有<20岁与20～29岁两组间和70～79与≥80两组间管径平均值的差异不显著(P>0.05),其余各年龄段两两相比乳腺导管管径平均值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各年龄段左右两侧乳腺导管管径平均值差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论国人健康女性静止期双侧乳腺导管管径无显著性差异,随年龄增长,乳腺导管管径逐渐变细,呈现递减趋势。Objective To describe performance of high-resolution sonography breast duct diameter change trend with physiological state follow ages growth.Methods Among 4256 consecutive adult Chinese females seen in our berast center for breast scaning from July 2005 to July 2006,we performed 4256 ultrasound examinations,aged 18~84（43±6.70） years old.The diameter of duct was measured at 15 mm from the nipple within the upper outer quadrant of the breast.Results The mean diameter of milk duct for the right and left breasts was 1.43±0.46 mm（range 0.20~5.10 mm） and 1.43 mm±0.48 mm（range 0.40~4.00 mm）,respectively,and there was no significant difference（P〉0.05） between the right and left breasts.The 95% confidence intervals was 1.41~1.44 mm and 1.42~1.44 mm for the right and left breasts,respectively.The mean biggest diameter of milk duct was 3.09±1.17 mm and the mean smallest diameter of milk duct was 0.51±0.31 mm for the right breast,and the mean biggest diameter of milk duct was 2.76±0.82 mm and the mean smallest diameter of milk duct was 0.65±0.3 mm for the left breast.The mean diameter of milk duct of each age group were compared to be significantly different（P〈0.05） except 〈20 years old and 20-29 years old,and 70-79 years old and ≥ 80 years old two sets.Conclusions Normally chinese female resting stage breast the duct in the mammary glands have becomed gradually thin and presented the trend of gradually decrease along with the increase of the age.
