超声测量下腔静脉内径评估干体质量的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声测量下腔静脉内径对于评估透析患者干体质量的作用。方法测量、分析150例患者透析前后下腔静脉内径(IVCD)及下腔静脉内径/体表面积(VCD),并与健康对照组比较。结果透析后患者VCD全部下降;透析后血压与心胸比正常者VCD与对照组无显著差异;透析后血压高、心胸比大、血压高合并心胸比大者下腔静内径与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论超声测量下腔静脉内径是评估干体质量的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effects of inferior caval vein diameter（IVCD） on evaluating the dry weight of hemodialysis patients.Methods Measured IVCD and IVCD/superficial area of body （VCD）of the 150 patients,analysised and compared the chang of these indicators before and after hemodialysis and whith normal controls.Results The VCD of all patients after hemodialysis is lower then that before.After hemodialysis,the patiens with normal blood pressureand and heart diameter/chest diameter,their VCD compared with the noemal controls,there was no significant difference.hypertension and the patients with higher heart diameter/chest diameter after hemodialysis,their VCD is higher than normal controls significantly.Conclusions Measured IVCD by ultrasound is the better and effective means to estimate dry weighe.
