摘  要:目的探讨超声测量的双肾下极脂肪囊面积(ultrasound measured inferior pole area of perirenal fat,US-IPAPF)与代谢综合征患者核磁共振测量的腹腔内脏脂肪面积(magnetic resonance imaging measured area of visceral adipose tissue,MRI-VAT)、各身体参数及心血管危险因子的关系,评价测量US-IPAPF的临床意义。方法募入72例代谢综合征患者,测量其身体参数及各项生化指标,超声测量患者腹腔VAT厚度、US-IPAPF,核磁共振测量MRI-VAT。结果测量US-IPAPF可重复性好,不受年龄、性别、身高、肾脏大小的影响,与各种影像、身体测量方法及多数心血管危险因子相关,US-IPAPF与MRI-VAT的相关独立于BMI,MRI-VAT对US-IPAPF的影响大于其它方法。结论US-IPAPF与代谢综合征患者MRI-VAT及心血管危险因子相关,其临床意义显著。Objective To study the relationship between ultrasound measured area of the inferior pole of the perirenal fat (US-IPAPF) and anthropometric,imaging and cardiovascular risk factors of metabolic syndrome.Methods Seventy two subjects with metabolic syndrome were recruited including 44 men and 28 women (age:26-68 years).Each subject underwent ultrasound detection of US-IPAPF,intraabdominal fat thickness and magnetic resonance imaging to calculate abdominal visceral adipose tissue (MRI-VAT).Anthropometry and cardiovascular risk factors were also evaluated.Results US-IPAPF measurement demonstrated excellent reproducibility,and was related to MRI-VAT,ultrasound measured intraabdominal fat,waist circumference,the ratio of waist and hip circumferences (of men),body mass index and the main cardiovascular risk factors of metabolic syndrome.Conclusions Detecting US-IPAPF demonstrated powerful clinical importance for its relationship to MRI-VAT and the main cardiovascular risk factors of metabolic syndrome.
