摘　　要：目的研究介入性超声治疗假性动脉瘤的临床应用价值。方法利用超声引导下凝血酶注射法治疗假性动脉瘤25例。结果本组25例股动脉假性动脉瘤患者进行凝血酶注射法治疗,瘤内血栓形成迅速,治愈率100%。结论超声引导下凝血酶注射法治疗假性动脉瘤具有操作省时简便、临床效果可靠、并发症少、复发率低、患者痛苦少等优点,易于推广。Objective To study clinical use of interventional nonsurgical treatment of femoral pseudoaneurys-ms.Methods Ultrasound-guided thrombin injection for the treatment of pseudoaneurysms in 25 cases.Results The 25 patients underwent ultrasound-guided thrombin injection.Thrombogenesis was fast with cure rate of 100%.Conclusions In this study we found this method is convenient safe and time saving for the therapy on femoral pseudoaneurysms,with reliable clinical effects patients in our study were tolerable almost without serious complications.It may be widely used in the clinical.
