摘  要:为探讨感觉神经肽P物质(SP)在损伤修复中的作用,围绕感觉神经与修复进程中创面/伤口SP代谢的关系、SP在修复细胞表达生长因子及受体、表皮干细胞迁移、分化等方面的作用开展了研究。研究证实感觉神经释放的SP可上调成纤维细胞表达神经肽,诱导成纤维细胞表达生长因子及受体,调控表皮干细胞迁移、分化的作用,进入肉芽组织内的表皮干细胞可跨胚层向血管内皮细胞和成纤维细胞分化,提示感觉神经肽SP参与介导感觉神经调控损伤修复。To investigate the effect of sensory neuropeptide substance P ( SP ) on wound healing and related molecular mechanism. The research was carried out on the relationship between sensory nerves and metabolism of sensory neuropeptide SP in the wounds, the role of SP in the expression of growth factors and those receptors by repair cells, and participation in migration and differentiation of epidermal stem cells. The results were as follows : SP released from sensory nerves in skin wounds up-regulated neuropeptide expression of the fibroblast cells,induced fibroblast cells to express some growth factors and those receptors, played an important role in migration and differenti- ation of epidermal stem cells ,which can transdifferentiate into fibroblast or endothelial cells if the stem cells migrated into graduration tissue. The results suggest that SP as a mediator of sensory nervers participates in the regulation of wound healing.
