高频和经直肠超声联合应用在直肠周围脓肿诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频和经直肠超声联合应用在直肠周围脓肿诊断中的价值。方法:应用高频和经直肠超声探头检查直肠周围脓肿62例,观察比较其声像图特征,根据病变发生的解剖部位、声像图特征进行分析,并与手术病理结果对照。结果:联合应用高频和经直肠超声与单独应用高频或经直肠超声比较,诊断符合率明显提高。可根据声像图特征进行简略分型。结论:联合应用高频和经直肠超声检查能够区分脓肿与周围组织的关系,查明瘘管的数目及瘘口位置,有助于更好地确定治疗方案。Objective： To study the value of the perirectal abscesses by high-frequency and transrectal ultrasound. Methods： High frequency and transrectal transducer were used to scan 62 cases of the perirectal abscesses, and the results were compared respectively with the result of high frequecy or transrectal ultrasound alone and that of pathological examination postoperation. Results： Ap- plication of high-frequency and transrectal ultrasound was much more coincident with the patho- logical results. And it was helpful for the primary classification for the perirectal abscesses. Conclusion： It can distinguish the perirectal abscess from the para-abscess tissue and display the anal fistula clearly by the combination of high-frequency and transrectal ultrasound.
