摘　　要：本文从后方交会的思路出发，提出了一种深基坑支护的水平位移监测方法，并推导了在动态的工作点上观测其他位移监测点计算位移量的一般公式，最后以工程实例说明了本方法的具体运用，解决了在变形点设站并计算位移量的问题，克服了难以在基准点上设站的困难，减少了设站的次数，具有一定的应用价值。From the idea of three-point intesection, a method of monitoring horizontal displacement in the excavation of deep foundation proposed in the paper. The expression of displacement calculation with data obtained from unstable working points is presented and illustrated with a practical case. The problem of stationing on unstable station is solved and the number of stations reduced.
