香料烟F_1代杂交制种的主要影响因素研究

摘　　要：对香料烟授粉环节中影响杂交制种的一些主要因素进行了研究,结果表明,授粉时母本烟株开花数多少对结果率和结实率的影响有差异,其中在母本有14朵花开放时开始授粉且授粉2次的杂交效果最好,结果率高,种子量大;母本花朵在开放后1 d的柱头活力最强,其次是开放前1～2 d;父本的花粉活力较强,在常温常湿条件下至少可保存8 d,而在常温干燥条件下可保存15 d以上。In order to resolve the problem that occurred in the process of the ultizaiton for oriental tobacco heterosis, we researched several main factors in hybrid seed production. We set up different times of pollination, mearsured the vitality of chapiter and the storage time of pollen, investigated the rate of seedbearing. The results were as follows： different Mowers effected the result rates and fructification rate; the amounts crossbreeding leading height and fructification rate was the highest when pollinated 14 flowers and 2 times. The vitality of chapiter result showed that the vitality of chapiter was the highest after flowered just 1 day, then were before flower 1-2 days. After study, we found that the pollen of oriental tobacco was very easy to preserve, the pollen could preserve at least 8 days under the conditon of homoiothermy and evermoist whiIeunder homoiothermy and dry could preserve 15 days at least.
