实验用封闭群金黄地鼠mtDNA D-环核苷酸组成与变异分析

摘  要:对兰州、上海、北京和武汉4个封闭群共98只金黄地鼠线粒体DNA(mtDNA)D-环进行分析.结果表明:实验用封闭群金黄地鼠mtDNA D-环序列中,T、C、A、G碱基含量分别为30.9%2、5.2%、29.5%、14.4%,其中A+T为60.4%、G+C为39.6%,G+C含量明显低于A+T;发现的167个多态位点中,113个转换、52个颠换、2个位点既有转换也有颠换,分别占多态位点数的67.7%、31.1%1、.2%,没有插入/缺失同时出现的位点,表明我国实验用封闭群金黄地鼠个体间多态性丰富,群体间无明显变异.98 golden hamsters from four laboratory closed colonies of Lanzhou,Shanghai,Beijing and Wuhan were used to analyze the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) D-loop. The results showed that the percentage of T,C, A,G in the mtDNA D-loop sequences of the laboratory closed colony golden hamster were 30.9% ,25.2 % ,29.5% and 14.4 % respectively,in which A+T was 60.4 % ,G+C was 39.6 % ,and the content of A+T was higher than G+C. Total of 167 polymorphism sites were found,in which 113 transition,52 transversion and 2 of both transition and transversion,the percentage of these sites were 67.66 0%, 31.14% and 1.20 % respectively. However,there was no insertion/deletion. These indicated that Laboratory closed colony golden hamster in China has more rich of individual polymorphism and no-clear variation.
