摘  要:以黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium Schl.)和黄瓜黑星病菌(Cladosporum cucumerinum Ell.et Ar-thur)为指示菌,采用体积比30:2的氯仿-丙酮混合溶剂为淋洗液,对苍耳提取物Ⅱ的抑菌成分进行了2次柱层析分离,追踪分析并鉴定活性较高的流分.结果表明,1次分离抑菌活性成分主要集中在流分2,3,4,5中,流分3对黄瓜枯萎病菌生长的抑制率最高(96.79%);2次分离抑菌活性成分集中在流分2和3,流分2对黄瓜枯萎病菌生长的抑制率为38.25%,流分3对黄瓜黑星病菌生长的抑制率为49.12%.GC/MS测定结果表明,苍耳提取物Ⅱ中主要成分为棕榈酸、十八烷酸等有机酸物质.The antifungal activity of the antifungal composition isolated and purified from Xanthium sibiricum extract Ⅱ was tested with two indicator fungi,Fusarium oscysporurn Schl. and Cladosporium cucumerinurn Ell. et Arthur. The antifungal composition in the extraction from Xanthiurn sibiricum extract Ⅱ was isolated twice with column chromatography. The eluent was the mixture of chloroform and acetone with 30 : 2 in cubage. The fractions with higher activity were analyzed and identified. The result suggested that the antifungal composition was enriched in the four fractions 2-5 during primary isolation, and the growth inhibition rate of the fraction 3 to the hyphae of Fusariurn oxysporurn Sehl. was 96.79 % as the highest rate. The antifungal composition was enriched in the fraction 2 and fraction 3 during secondary iso- lation, and the growth inhibition rate of the fraction 2 to the hyphae of Fusarium oxysporum Schl. was 38.25 % and that of the fraction 3 to Cladosporium cucurnerinurn Ell. et Arthur was 49.12 % as the highest rate. The main components of Xanthiurn sibiricurn extract Ⅱ determinated by GC/MS were organic acid matters such as hexadecanoic acid,octdecanoic acid, squalene and so on.
