摘　　要：针对船用薄齿形联轴器的特点进行加工试验研究,制定合理的工艺方案,找出消除缺陷的办法。在试验过程中,通过确定加工设备、装夹方法、设计专用工装、进行加工试验,制定详细的工艺规程,控制工件的尺寸精度及形位公差,保证产品的质量。After a experimental study on the machining of marine thin-walled toothed coupling in view of its features,the reasonable process scheme and the method to eliminate defect were found.During the test,the dimension precision and form tolerance were ensured by determining proper machining equipment and fixture method.The special process scheme was designed to guarantee the product quality.
