摘 要:弹丸质心轴向加速度是一维弹道修正引信进行射程修正的重要参数,为了消除加速度计安装在远离弹丸质心所引起的离心加速度,提出了一种双加速度计纵向排列测量质心轴向加速度的方法.利用弹道初始参数随机值和弹道方程生成随机弹道作为实际弹道进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明加速度测量误差小于180 mg.设计了加速度测量装置,进行了马歇特冲击锤抗过载实验,过载试验表明测量装置可承受15000 g的发射过载,具有过载生存和过载工作的能力.Axial acceleration is a key factor for one-dimension trajectory correction, the accelerometers, located in the fuse and away from the center of projectile gravity, brings centrifugal acceleration into the axial acceleration measurement result. In order to eliminate the measurement bias from centrifugal acceleration, two accelerometers are longitudinally installed in the fuse to measure the trajectory axial acceleration. Based on Monte Carlo simulation, random trajectory is computed by solving the ballistic equations with random initial parameters. Simulation results show that measurement acceleration error is less than 180rag. A measurement device based on this measurement method is developed and several experiments for testing its high-g effects are carried out. The MAXITE shocking hammer impulsion experiment shows the device can survival as much large as 15000 G's operating accelerations.
