摘 要:在耐火保护涂层下,对铁基自熔性合金粉料Fe60进行冷敷感应熔涂试验。通过金相、扫描电镜、电子探针及X射线能谱、显微硬度等方法对涂层组织进行分析。结果表明,涂层与基体冶金结合良好,组织致密,非金属夹杂物少,孔隙率低,硬度分布均匀,且一次熔涂厚度达0.6mm,远大于其它熔涂工艺,克服了无保护涂层感应熔涂的不足,且涂层内在质量与真空熔结涂层相接近。In this paper,the cold compress induction-melting test on the Fe60 that is one kind of Fe-based self-fluxing alloy powder under protection of the anti-heat coating is carried out.The coating structure was investigated by metallurgical microscope,scanning microscope,electronic probe and X-ray spectroscopy as well as the micro hardness.The results show that the coating matrix and metallurgical combines is well with the tight organization,less non-metallic inclusions,low porosity and uniform hardness distribution.Thickness of the coating is in the range of 0.6-0.7mm which is larger than that formed by any other coating method.
