等静压HL1灰兰釉的研制与应用

摘　　要：介绍了等静压HL1灰兰釉的性能、研制过程、应用情况及生产中质量问题的解决。该釉呈灰兰色,釉面光亮、针孔少、无析晶现象;釉的高温流动度、软化温度等与现行坯料相匹配,与现行烧成工艺相适应;上釉瓷强度比无釉瓷强度提高17%以上,粘度等釉浆性能指标达到等静压工艺要求,产品质量稳定,弯曲强度有较大裕度,釉色满足订货商的要求。The property of the HL1 grey-blue glaze, its development and usage in production, the solutions to some quality problems are introduced. The grey-blue glaze has a shine surface without crystallization and less pinholes and fluidity at high temperature and meet temperature matched with porcelain body performance in firing. The glazing strength increased by more than 17%. The glaze slurry property including viscosity at high temerature and meeting temperature, meets the need of production in cold isostatic dry pressing. The products with stable quality and higher strength have the color required by the customers.
