摘　　要：本文基于ISO19101地理参考模型和标准化原理,依托苏州工业园区标准化建设项目,整理、归纳现有国家标准,参照国际国外先进标准,建立中小城市空间信息标准化体系,并研究其实际应用来描述数据标准,为我国中小城市地方地理空间数据标准的制定提供方便。In view of ISO19101 Geographic Reference Model and Standardization Principles and based on the standardization project of Suzhou Industrial Park, this paper collected and analyzed the current standards on mapping and surveying; referred to the relative foreign advanced standards and formulated the standardization system of spatial geographic information for small and medium-sized cities, which conformed to the current situation in China. And then, a study of its practical application in data standards description has been conducted, which is aimed at providing convenience for the enactment of regional geographic spatial data standards in the small and medium-sized cities in China.
