摘  要:氮化钒是VT包芯线粉芯材料的一种,经过破碎后细粉很多。为了改善粉末的流动性、提高细粉的利用率,提出了分级→造粒→干燥的工艺。该工艺流程的核心是造粒,而造粒工艺的关键是选择合适的胶粘剂。通过干球成粒率、干球落下强度、干球压缩强度、干球搅拌强度和干球外观形貌的对比,证明了淀粉胶粘剂的粘合效果优于石蜡粉,说明以低温淀粉胶粘剂为造粒用胶粘剂是合适的。Vanadium nitride is one of the VT cored-wire powder core material produced by Pangang Group, there are too many fine powder after crushing. In order to improve the powder flowability and increase the fine powder utilization, the classification-granulationdrying process is employed. In this process, the critical technology is granulation and the key of granulation is binder selection. The results showed that the adhesive ability of starch adhesive is better than that of paraffin powder through comparison of dry pellet granulation percentage, dry pellet drop number, dry pellet compressive strength, dry pellet stirring intensity and dry pellet morphologies. It also proved that the low-temperature starch adhesive is proper binder for vanadium nitride powder granulation.
