摘 要:采用主成分回归和荧光光谱结合技术,解析光谱重叠严重的多组分光谱数据,对混合体系中的蒽和芘进行同时测定;采用Mtalab7.0编程进行主成分回归分析,用光谱矩阵建立校正模型,并预测未知样品。实验结果表明,主成分回归荧光光谱法对各组分的乎均回收率为99.825%。108.86%,可以不经分离进行多组分定量分析,结果满意。In this paper, principal components regression combining with fluorescence spectroscopy technology was used to analyze the multi-component spectra data arose by overlap of the spectrum,and detect anthracene and pyrene in the mixed system at the same time. Moreover, the computer program of principal components regression was based on Mtalab 7.0, model was built by spectra matrix and used to forecast the unknown samples. The experimental result indicates the average recovery of each component is in the range from 99.825% to 108.86% ,multi-component can be quantitatively analyzed without any pre-separation and satisfactory results are obtained.
