摘  要:目的:评价强脉冲光对人体不同部位脱毛的疗效。方法:利用强脉冲光脱毛287例(318个部位),回顾性分析其脱毛情况。结果:腮部和唇周5次脱毛后,脱毛率分别与其他各组之间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而腮部和唇周之间,以及其他各组之间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腮部和唇周总脱毛次数较多,平均分别为8.21次和8.07次,次数多于其余各部位,效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腋窝、四肢、骶部各组治疗总有效率均为100%,唇毛的有效率最低,发际和腮部的总有效率次之。总不良反应发生率为8.04%。结论:强脉冲光脱毛疗效稳定,不良反应发生率低,但不同部位脱毛效果不同,对四肢、腋窝、发际脱毛效果较好,疗效优于唇周和腮部。Objective To observe the efficacy of intense pulsed light on hair removal of human different areas of the body. Methods The human different areas of 287 cases were depilated by intense pulsed light. A total of 318 sites with the efficacy of hair removal were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 5 treatments,there were significant differences between the percentage of depilation of whisker and lip groups and others of seven groups (P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in others of the seven groups (P〉0.05).The total treatment times of whisker and lip were 8.21 and 8.07 respectively, and the times were fewer than those in the rest of groups.There were significant difference between each of the last two groups and each of the first seven groups (P〈0.05).The curative efficiency of lips was the lowest. Whisker and hairline take second place. The curative efficiency of others of the seven groups were 100% .The percentage of adverse reaction was 8.04%. Conclusions Hair removal by intense pulsed light has steady effect.The occurrence of severe adverse reaction is lower. Due to different areas of the body,the curative efficiency of permanent hair removal by intense pulsed light are different. The curative efficiency of limb,axillas and hairline are better than whisker and lip.
