摘　　要：计算机辅助CT三维重建技术是计算机信息处理技术在生命科学中应用和发展的成果。与传统CT扫描比较其能显示三维解剖结构,精确测量距离与表面积、体积。在颌面外科、口腔矫形科、整形美容外科等领域,三维重建对于术前诊断、手术设计、治疗后的预测分析及美容整形效果评价等方面都至关重要[1-2]。本文就计算机辅助三维重建在唇腭裂多发畸形的序列治疗中的应用进行综述。Technology of computer-aided CT three-dimensional reconstruction is a result of computer information processing technologies use and develope in the life sciences.Comparing with the traditional CT scan,it can show the anatomy of three-dimensional structure,accurate measure distance,surface area and volume.In maxillofacial surgery,oral orthopedics,cosmetic plastic surgery and other fields,three-dimensional reconstruction play an important role in preoperative diagnosis,surgery design,forecast the treatment and evaluation of the effectiveness of cosmetic prastic surgery.The use of computer-aided three-dimensional reconstruction in the serial therapy of cleft lip and palate multiple deformities were reviewed in this article.
