摘  要:针对国内低产液水平井产液剖面含水率的测量问题,提出了一种新型的筒状结构电容传感器。给出了该传感器的结构,分析了其测量原理,建立了其数学模型。理论上传感器的输出与持水率有很好的对应关系。在室内进行了静态高度法原理实验,实验结果与理论分析具有较好的一致性,说明该方法是可行的,实验结果同时说明该传感器受到沾污的影响。Proposed is a novel cylindrical capacitance sensor that can be used to measure the water-cut in horizontal well with low fluid production. Structure of this sensor is given and its meas- urement principle is analyzed, and its mathematical model is established, too. Theoretically, there has a good relationship between the sensor response and the water holdup. An indoor static experiment of height method is made, the result of which verifies the theoretical analysis, and shows that the proposed sensor is a viable solution to measuring the water-cut in the low fluidproducing horizontal well. The result also proves that the sensor response would be impacted by the stained oil and water.
