摘  要:采用电子显微技术,观察、分析不同硒钙配施水平对姬松茸子实体形态及数量特征的影响。结果表明,采用中浓度(30mg.kg-1)硒钙配施处理,姬松茸孢子长、个数分别比对照增加4.42%和64.24%(P<0.01);囊状体最小直径比对照减少24.61%(P<0.01)。囊状体形态改变最为明显,有的由正常的球形变成锥形;有的向内糜烂;表面黏着细小结晶;部分组织呈树根状。随着硒钙配施浓度的升高,菌盖皮菌丝形态改变的程度逐步加深,有树根状、火把状;有的菌丝较大瘦弱纹饰粗大,向内凹陷,大小不规则。The compound effect of Se and Ca on morphological and quantitative character istics of Agaricus blazei Murill' s fruit bodies were studied by electron microscopy technology. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the length and the number of spores, being 4.42% and 64. 24% more than the control respectively, with the middle concentration of Se -Ca treatment (30 mg/kg). Compared with the control, the smallest diameter of cystic significantly decreased by 24.61% with the middle concentration (30 mg/kg) treatment. Cystidia changed most obyiously in shape from the normal splere into cone with the middle concentration (30 mg/kg) treatment. Some cystidia decomposed, with many fine crystal fartisles on their surfaces, and others growed dendritically. With the combined application of Se and Ca increased, mycelium morphology gradually changed, some of them liked roots, some liked big torches, and others depressed inwardly, with irregular oversized ornamentations on their surface.
