摘　　要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定空间稳定脂质体中β-榄香烯的方法。方法色谱柱：Diamonsil C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（体积比）为88∶12;检测波长：200nm;柱温：55℃。结果β-榄香烯与其他组分分离良好,线性范围58.2～155.2mg·L^-1（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.83%（n=5）。结论本方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the determination of β-elemene in sterically stabilized liposomes.METHODS The separation was carried out on Diamonsil ODS C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） by using acetonitrile-water（88∶12） as the mobile phase with detection at 200nm and the column temperature was set at 55℃.RESULTS Elemene can be well separated from other components,with the line arrange of 58.2～155.2mg·L^-1（r=0.9999）,the average recovery of 99.3%（RSD of 0.83%,n=5）.CONCLUSION This method is accurate and reliable for the determination of β-elemene in sterically stabilized liposomes.
