摘  要:本文介绍轨道交通与核电复兴时代1项工程的实践步骤:1)按IEC 61508系统集成地铁50套应急供-发-配电系统的安全措施工程;2)50套中每套都用嵌入式FCS测控EPS运行参数,40块VRLA电池每块的温度、电压、内阻,发电机-配电柜参数;3)用嵌入式FCS-Modbus(GB/T19582.1,2,3-2008)-以太网集成地铁全线50套分布式应急供-发-配电与2000块电池进行远程集中测控系统;4)证明了用分布式中小功率EPS实现大功率EPS的优越性。The procedure of system integration based on the functional safety standard IEC 61508-1998 ( GB/T 20438. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7-2006) for Guangzhou subway. The practical project is introduced in the revival age of railway as well as nuclear power: 1) System integration for safety engineering by the method of IEC 61508; 2) Using embedded FCS as the I&C system of the combination of EPS, monitor of inner resistance, temperature, voltage of each piece of 40 VRLAB set, power generator, power distributor at every station to measure and control their operation parameters; 3) Design a low cost remote I&C system by integrating Embedded FCS-Modbus-Ethernet for distributive 50 sets of distributed EPS and 2000 pieces of VRLAB and 50 sets of generator and distributor; 4) The benefit of distributed middle power EPS system replaced the high power EPS is improved.
