摘  要:目的:研究地磁场对小鼠行为的影响.方法:12只雌性BALB/c小鼠,随机分为4组:磁屏蔽A组和磁屏蔽B组,均饲养于磁屏蔽室中,屏蔽地磁场来模拟零磁空间;地磁C组和地磁D组,均暴露于地磁环境中.各组饲养环境(温度、湿度、光照强度等)均相同.1d后,利用UGO-7431行为分析仪定量检测小鼠的行为学指标,每组的测试周期长度设定为10min/次,实验次数设定为6次(n=6),并进行统计学分析.结果:磁屏蔽A组和磁屏蔽B组之间比较,水平向活动强度HA(1865.2±92.6vs1890.8±130.1)和垂直向活动强度VA(94.0±11.5vs95.2±10.8)的检测结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05);②地磁C组和地磁D组之间比较,HA(1427.0±56.3vs1389.5±47.4)和VA(70.7±6.2vs66.3±5.6)的检测结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05);③磁屏蔽A组和磁屏蔽B组分别与地磁场C组和地磁D组比较,HA和VA的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:屏蔽地磁场后,小鼠在零磁空间环境下行为学指标变化显著,表现为亢奋、烦躁,证实地磁场与动物的日常行为息息相关.AIM: To study the effects of geomagnetic field on behavior of mice. METHODS: Twelve female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Both group A and B were fed in the magnetic shield, which could be simulated magnetic free fields space. The others (C, D) were exposed to geomagnetic field outside the shield. All the animals were fed in the same experimental environment, such as temperature, humidity or light. One day later, the indexes of behavior were examined by UGO BASILE-7431 activity cage. For each group, the repeated times of tests was set to 6 for 10 min once, moreover, statistic analyses were carried out. RESULTS: ①Compared group A with B, the values of horizontal-activities ( HA, 1865.2 ± 92.6 vs 1890.8± 130.1 ) and vertical-activities( VA, 94.0± 11.5 vs 95.2 ± 10.8) didn't show any difference (P 〉 0.05 ). ②Compared group C with D, the values of HA( 1427.0 ±56.3 vs 1389.5 ±47.4) and VA (70.7 ± 6. 2 vs 66. 3 ± 5.6 ) didn't show any difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). ③When compared the two magnetic shield groups ( A, B) with the other two geomagnetic groups ( C, D) respectively, staffstical significance were observed in either HA or VA (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: After geomagnetic field being shielded, significant changes of activities could be observed in mice, which behaves nervously or restlessly. Geomagnetic variation is closely related to the biological activities.
