降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:评价降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病的临床疗效.方法:50例2型糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予降糖胶囊1.5g,tid,对照组给予玉泉丸9g,tid,均为餐前口服,疗程4～8wk.用药前后检查空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(h2PG).部分病例进行血浆胰岛素(IRI)和血脂[总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]的检测.结果:与对照组比较,降糖胶囊治疗后症状有明显改善,血糖、血脂较治疗前明显下降,总有效率达87%.结论:降糖胶囊用于治疗2型糖尿病具有较好的疗效.AIM： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jiangtang capsule, which is mainly composed of Rehmaania glutinosa oligosaccharides, on treatment of type 2 diabetes. METHODS ： Fifty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： experimental group （n = 30） and control group（ n = 20）. The two groups received orally Jiangtang capsule, 1.5 g, t/d, and Yuquanwan 9 g, tid, respectively for 4 -8 weeks. Fasted glucose level, postprandial glucose level, plasma insulin level, and lipid level of the subjects were determined before and after administration. RESULTS： For patients with type 2 diabetes, the symptoms were improved significantly, glucose level and lipid level （total cholesterol and triglyceride） were significantly decreased after Jiangtang capsule treatment. Total effeciency rate of Jiangtang capsule reached up to 86.7%. CONCLUSION： Treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with Jiangtang capsule is effective.
