摘　　要：Partnering模式是国外运用日渐广泛的一种新型项目管理模式,业内专家学者在探索如何将Partnering模式引入国内项目管理中。文章通过对新木桶理论和Partnering模式的分析,研究基于新木桶理论的Partnering模式如何应用于项目管理的实践之中,提出了在我国项目管理中推行与应用Partnering模式的建议。Partnering is a new type project management model that applies more and more broadly in foreign countries, many experts and scholars are exploring how to introduce the model to our country. Based on the description and analysis of the new barrel theory and partnering model, this paper proposes how to combination partnering with the reality of our country, and also analyses how to put it into practice. And this will bring positive significance to level of the project management in our country.
