滋阴潜阳法治疗单纯性收缩期高血压30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴潜阳法治疗单纯性收缩期高血压的临床疗效。方法将59例患者随机分为治疗组30例(常规治疗加中药)与对照组29例(常规治疗,即尼莫地平);疗程均为8周。结果治疗组降压总有效率为86.67%,对照组为65.52%,两组疗效差异有显著性;治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率90.00%,对照组为65.52%,两组疗效差异亦有显著性;治疗组治疗后左心室肥厚改善较之治疗前差异有显著性。结论滋阴潜阳法对治疗单纯性收缩期高血压有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Ziyinqianyang in treating senile simple systolic hypertension （SSSH）. Methods： Fifty -nine patients with SSSH were randomly derided into 2 groups. The treated group 30 patients treated with Ziyinqianyang and orally administered. The remaining 29 patients in the control group were orally administered. The therapeutic course for both groups was 8 weeks. Results： The effect of lowing blood pressure the total effective ratio was 90% in the treaded group and 75% in the control group, comparision between them showed significant difference. The total effective ratio in alleviating TCM syndrome was 92% in the treaded group and 65.5% in the control group, comparision between them showed significant difference. After treatment, the left ventricular round of the treated group was improve than before treatment, Conclusion： The Ziyinqianyang has good effect in treating SSSH.
