心阳虚辨证规律与心功能相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究心阳虚辨证规律与心功能的相关性。方法选择心阳虚证患者47例,分为心气虚(A)、心阳虚(B)、心阳脱(C)三组,选择正常人作为对照组16例;通过心脏彩超检测观察三组左室舒张末期内径、左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积、左室射血分数。结果心阳虚患者心室收缩功能及舒张功能与正常人相比均有不同程度的减弱,从心气虚心阳虚心阳脱,心功能损害逐渐加重。结论无论心气虚还是心阳虚,与正常人相比,心功能均有不同程度的减弱,其减弱程度与心阳虚的三个阶段呈正相关,因此心功能检查可作为临床诊断心阳虚证的重要依据及评价心阳虚证疗效的客观定量指标。Objective：To study the relationship of syndrome differentiation regularity of heart -yang deficiency with cardiac function. Methods： 47 cases of heart- yang deficiency were divided into three groups by their clinical manifestation, heart - qi deficiency （group A）, heart - yang deficiency （group B） and heart - yang collapse （group C）. 16 cases of normal cardiac function were chosen as control group. Left ventricular end -diastolic diameter, left ventricular enddiastolic volume, left ventricular end- systolic volume and left ventrieular ejection fraction were confirmed by eehocardiography. Results： Comparing with the normal, ventricular systolic function and diastolic function were gradually decreased in the three groups of heart - yang deficiency. The cardiac function of 3 groups were as the follow： group C worser than group B, group B worser than group A. Conclusion： Comparing with the normal, cardiac function were weakened in both heart - qi deficiency and heart - yang deficiency. The degree of weakness had positive relationship with the three stages of heart - yang deficiency. Therefore the examination of cardiac function could be important evidence and objective parameter to diagnose and evaluate the treatment of heart- yang deficiency.
