摘  要:目的观察中药慢肾蛋白停对慢性肾炎湿热证尿表皮生长因子(EGF)变化的影响。方法采用手术摘除大鼠一侧肾脏加腹腔多次注射牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与大肠杆菌内毒素(LPS)及皮下多次注射完全弗氏佐剂复制慢性肾炎湿热证动物模型,并以慢肾蛋白停进行预防性治疗;测定尿EGF含量变化。结果慢肾蛋白停组尿EGF水平下降,与模型组和肾炎四味片组相比均有显著差异。结论慢肾蛋白停能够调节慢性肾炎湿热证肾内尿EGF的异常分泌,具有减轻肾组织病理损害的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Manshendanbaiting(MDT) on the Leve of urinary EGF in damp -heat syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN). Methods: Model rats with damp -heat syndrome of CGN were induced by being cut one side kidney and injection of BSA, LPS and completed Freund' s adjuvant, then MDT prevented and treated them, and examined the Leve of urinary EGF. Results: The level of urinary EGF was decreased in MDT group, and MDT group compared with model and normal group, the difference was significant. Conclusion: MDT can adjust the abnormal level of renal EGF in damp - heat syndrome of CGN of rats, and improve renal function and pathological changes.
