护理干预对浅表性膀胱肿瘤术后患者膀胱灌注依从性影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对浅表性膀胱肿瘤术后患者膀胱灌注依从性的影响。方法选择膀胱肿瘤术后患者88例，2005年住院患者40例为对照组，采用常规治疗护理，2006年住院患者48例为干预组，除常规治疗护理外，对患者实施综合护理干预。分别对两组患者于膀胱灌注治疗1年后进行调查。结果干预组患者的依从性明显高于对照组，干预组完全遵医、不完全遵医、完全不遵医分别为81.2%，18.8%和0，对照组分别为45%，40%和15%；干预组复发率为4.17%，对照组为22.5%，两组的遵医程度、复发率经比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预可以提高膀胱肿瘤术后患者膀胱灌注的依从性。Objective To explore the influence of the nursing intervention on the compliance of bladder perfusion among postoperative patients with superficial bladder tumor. Methods 88 postoperative patients with superficial bladder tumor were selected. Wherein 40 in-pateints in 2005 adopted the routine therapy nursing as the control group, and 48 in-pateints in 2006 received the comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to the routine therapy nursing as the intervention group. The two groups were surveyed 1 years after the bladder perfusion. Results The compliance of pateints in the intervention group was obviously higher than that in the control group. The rates of completely obeying the instruction, incompletely obeying the instruction and completely not obeying the instruction were 81.2% , 18.8% and 0 in the intervention group, respectively. The rates in the control group were 45% , 40% and15% , respectively. The reoccurence rates were 4.17% and 22.5 % in the intervention group and the control group. There were statistical meanings in the degrees of obeying the instruction and the reoccurence rates between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The nursing intervention can improve the compliance of bladder perfusion among postoperative patients with superficial bladder tumor.
