早产儿脑白质损伤的护理

摘　　要：目的总结早产儿脑白质损伤的护理经验。方法对57例脑白质损伤的早产儿实施针对性的护理,内容包括保持呼吸道通畅、维持内环境稳定、减少不良刺激、预防感染和生长发育支持等。结果57例患儿中,除自动出院6例,失访4例外,其余47例患儿中,2例运动发育迟缓,1例体格发育滞后,44例完全康复。结论根据早产儿脑白质损伤的特点,做好早产儿的针对性护理对提高早产儿生存质量,减少早产儿脑白质损伤后遗症的发生具有积极的作用。Objective To summarize the experience of attending preterm infants with aiba injury. Method 57 preterm infants with alba injury were nursed, with nursing measures including keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed, keeping the stable internal environment, reducing abnormal stimuli, preventing the infants from infection, giving developmental support and instructions for rehabilitation training. Results Of all, 6 eases left the hospital spontaneously and 4 of them out of follow-ups. Besides, 2 of them presented with motor developmental delay, one with body developmental delay. All the others were recovered fully. Conclusion Pertinent attendance according to the characteristics of alba injury can play an active role in improving the life quality of preterm infants and reducing the sequelae of alba injury.
