摘 要:测定了红鲌属的翘嘴红鲌、青梢红鲌和蒙古红鲌细胞色素b基因片段序列(1 091 bp),对其碱基组成变异情况及核苷酸序列差异进行了分析,并以红鳍鲌为外类群,用邻接(NJ)法和非加权算术平均对数(UPGMA)法构建系统关系树.结果表明:①4种鱼(包括外类群)Cyt b基因片段序列碱基平均差异为6.2%,变异位点184个,具有简约性信息位点141个,平均转换颠换比为7.4;②测定的红鲌属3种鱼形成一个单系群,其中翘嘴红鲌与青梢红鲌亲缘关系较近.Mitochondrial cytochrome b gene fragments of Erythroculter ilishaeformis, E. dabryi dabryi and E. mongolicus mongolicus were sequenced. The sequence divergence, base composition and base sub- stitution among these sequences were analyzed. Phylogenetic trees based on the sequences of the four species studied, including C. erythropterus as an outgroup, were constructed by neighbor-joining method (NJ) and unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean method (UPGMA), respectively. The results demonstrated that. (1) there were 184 variable sites and 141 parsim-info sites among cyt b of the four fishes, and the transition/transversion ratio was 7.4. (2) E. ilishaeformis, E. dabryi dabryi and E. mongolicus mongolicus formed a monophyletic group and E. ilishaeforrnis and E. dabryi dabryi had the closest phylogenetic relationship.
