红果冬青扦插育苗技术的研究

摘　　要：以红果冬青半木质化枝条为材料,研究了不同基质配方和外源激素处理对其生根的影响。结果表明:红果冬青插条在200 mg/L的NAA溶液中浸泡3 h后,再扦插在珍珠岩和泥炭土(容积比1∶3)的基质中,插条的生根率和生根数最大,分别为91.6%和8.2。Effect of different culture medium and exogenous hormones on cuttage rooting of semi - hardwood cuttings of llex purpurea was studied. The results show that after being soaked in NAA （200 mg/L） for 3 hours and cutted in culture medium of perlite and peat soil （ volume ratio 1 ： 3 ）, the rooting rate and rooting amout of llex purpurea cuttings was highest. The top rooting rate was 91.6% and the average rooting amour was 8. 2.
