拟康氏木霉对蔬菜病原真菌的拮抗作用及对番茄灰霉病的防效的初步研究  被引量:12

摘  要:通过对峙培养,测试了拟康氏木霉对灰葡萄孢霉、尖孢镰刀菌、番茄叶霉病菌、番茄早疫病菌、辣椒疫霉、辣椒炭疽菌的拮抗作用。对峙培养5d时对以上病原菌的抑制率分别为73%、62%、86%、77%、68%、91%。拮抗机制主要为竞争和抗生等。离体防治试验表明,拟康氏木霉孢子悬液对番茄灰霉病的防效显著,其浓度为106、107、108 cfu/ml时,在离体茎段和叶盘上的防效分别为29.8%、53.8%、62.5%和59.1%、66.1%、70.3%;而在盆栽试验和大棚试验中的防效分别为48.3%、64.6%、68.3%和37.7%、46.2%、60.6%。浓度为107、108 cfu/ml时防效在各试验中均达到甚至高于甲基托布津的防效。Trichoderma pseudokoningii was tested for its antagonistic ability against Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum , Fulvia fulva ,Alternaria solani,Phytophthora capsici and Colletotrichum capsici in dual culture. The result showed that the suppressive rates of T. pseudokoningii to the pathogens were 73% ,62% ,86% ,77% ,68% ,91% respectively. In bioassay with stem segments and leaf pieces of tomato T. pseudokoningii reduced incidence and index of the disease grey mold caused by Botrytis cinerea. And in glasshouse experiments with tomatoes the same result was obtained. When the concentrations of T. pseudokoningii up to 108cfu/ml the biocontrol effecacy was as good as or even better than that of Thiiphanate - methyl.
