摘 要:对腐解6个月后杉木桩中的化感物质进行了提取分离,应用种子发芽进行生物检测。结果表明:杉木桩中的弱极性化感物质对杉木种子的绝对发芽势、鲜物质量和干物质量均具有明显抑制作用。桩中的极性化感物质对杉木种子的绝对发芽势、胚根长和胚轴长具有抑制作用,这种抑制作用随浓度的升高均逐渐增强。桩中弱极性化感物质对绝对发芽率、绝对发芽势和干物质量的抑制活性高于极性化感物质。Allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump were extracteda by solvent mixed with distilled water affter six months of decomposition, and bioassey of Chinese fir seeds were done in this paper. The result showed that little - polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump had marked inhibitory effect on absolute germination potential, fresh weight and dry weight. Polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump had inhibitory effect on absolute germination potential , radical length and plumular axis length , and the inhibition increased gradually with the concentration rising. Little - polar allelochemicals of Chinese fir stump had a stronger inhibitory effect on absolute germination rate , absolute germination potential and dry weight than polar allelochemieals of Chinese fir stump.
