川芎嗪治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：了解川芎嗪治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法：应用川芎嗪治疗糖尿病肾病３６例，检测治疗前后２４小时尿蛋白的变化并和对照组比较。结果：治疗组尿蛋白排泄量治疗前后有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１），对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）；治疗组有效率９７％，对照组５６％。结论：川芎嗪对糖尿病肾病的控制效果较好。OBJECTIVE: To determine therapeutic effect of ligustrazine treating diabetic renopathy. METHOD: 36 patients with diabetic renopathy have received urinary protein test before and after ligustrazine therapy in comparison with control group. RESULT: The amount of urinary protein in therapeutic group was significantly different before and after the therapy (P<001), but no difference in control group (P>005). Effective rate in therapeutic group was 97% and 56% in control group. CONCLUSION: Ligustrazine has satisfied therapentic effect in controling diabetic renopathy.
