摘　　要：传统模式的网吧网点管理信息系统缺乏网点地理位置信息,不能实现可视化网吧网点管理。将GIS与MIS技术有机结合,可以实现以电子地图为媒介的可视化网吧网点管理,提高管理的效率和效益。文章以惠州城区为例,应用SuperMap Objects组件式GIS技术,探讨了一种基于组件式GIS的网吧网点管理信息系统的设计和功能实现方法。Due to lack of presentation of spatial information of Internet bars, the traditional Internet bar management information system fails to manage and monitor Internet bars geographically. The combination of Geographic Information System （GIS） and Management Information System （MIS） will fulf＇dl the function of Internet bar management geographically based on e - map, and improve the efficiency and benefit of Internet bar management. In this paper, the design and realization method of a GIS - based Internet Bar Management Information System （GIBMIS） is discussed by using component GIS technology of SuperMap Objects, taking Huizhou city for an example.
