摘　　要：与用敞口包冲入法生产球墨铸铁相比,带盖包法优点有:反应烟尘和镁光基本消除;镁的吸收率高(>60%);球化剂费用可节省30%;铁液温降减少40℃;氧化渣量减少达50%;球化处理质量稳定性和可靠性提高。Compared with the open ladle treatment technique, nodularizing in the Tundish covered ladle has following advantages： elemination of fume and glare, high magnesium recovery（〉 60 %）, the nodularizing alloy expense being reduced by 30 %, temperature drop of mohen iron being reduced by 40 %, quantity of oxide slag being reduced by 50 %, quality stability and reliability being improved.
