摘　　要：从1980年代"不结盟"的独立自主战略,到1990年代"全方位"的睦邻友好战略,再到21世纪初期"和谐世界"的和平发展战略。改革开放30年来中国国际战略的演变,为国内经济发展争取到了有利的国际环境,也标志着中国独立自主的和平外交政策更加成熟。From 1980 ＇s ＂do not form alliance＂ independence strategy, to 1990 ＇s ＂all - directions＂ good - neighbor strategy, again to 21 century＇s initial stage ＂harmony world＂ peace development strategy, the evomution of China international strategy since the reform and openingup 30 years has strived advantaged international environment for domestic economic development, it also indicates that China＇s independent and the peace and development policy have become more mature.
