摘　　要：为了适应快速变化的市场需求,企业采用了物流外包这一管理模式。物流外包给企业带来竞争优势的同时也带来风险,在分析物流外包风险的基础上,构造了物流外包风险模糊综合评价模型,并通过一个实例说明了模型的有效性。In order to adopt the quick change of market, logistics outsourcing are arising in enterprises. The logistics outsourcing face more and more risks while bringing the competition advantage. Based on the analysis of logistics outsourcing risks, a model of comprehensive evaluation of logistics outsourcing risk is established. The validity of the model is also shown by an example.
