摘　　要：目的:建立一种简便、准确、快速测定生物材料甲壳素中甲醇含量的顶空气相色谱法。方法:运用内标法,选择异丙醇作为内标物,顶空进样量为1.0ml。结果:顶空气相色谱法测甲醇回收率为96.79%～104.21%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.4%～4.2%,线性回归方程为:赞Y=8.24×10-2+6.36×10-3X,相关系数:r=0.9946,有良好的线形关系。结论:本法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于相关生物材料及制品中甲醇含量的测定。Objective：To set up a convenient,exact,rapid analytical method that can survey concentration of methanol in the chitin. Method：An internal standard method was used, and isopropanol was used as internal standard substance. Headspace sample size was 1.0ml. Results：The recovery rate was in the range of 96.79%～104.21%, relative standard deviation percentages were 3.4%～ 4.2%, and the plotted calibration curve was characterized by good linearity （regression equation was Y=8.24×10^-2＋6.36×10^-3X, r= 0.9946）. Conclusion：This method is simple, rapid, accurate which is suitable for determination of the residual methanol in the bioma- teriahs--chitin.
