摘 要:准典型工艺实例定义为工艺数据挖掘出的候选工艺实例,准典型工艺实例经过评估才能被确定是否为典型工艺实例。为了对准典型工艺实例进行评估,文章提出多目标群决策方法。文中定义了典型工艺实例的评估准则;针对其中的潜在作用准则,确定生产成本、生产效率、加工工艺性和产品质量4个评估目标,建立了典型实例评估的多目标群决策数学模型,采用群决策协调权法对准典型工艺实例进行排序,最优的实例即为典型工艺实例;以典型工艺路线为例,验证了评估方法的正确性和有效性。Aim. To our knowledge, there is no paper in the open literature dealing with the evaluation of TPCCs; such evaluation is necessary for the in-depth application of computer aided process planning (CAPP). In section 1 of our explorative paper, we establish the four criteria for evaluating TPCCs: validity, understandability, originality and potentiality. Fig. 1 in the full paper gives the evaluation flowchart. In section 2, we explain the multi-objective colony-decision method for evaluating TPCCs. Subsection 2.1 gives the mathematical model of the method~ subsection 2.2 defines the coordination weight and the approximation degree for the method; subsection 2.3 presents the TPCC evaluation algorithm, which uses a seven-step procedure to put the TPCCs in order. Section 3 gives the analysis of a numerical example. In this section, we first define the four TPCC evaluation factors: production cost, production efficiency, machining processability and product quality~ then we asked four process planners to give priorities to five TPCCs. On the basis of the priorities they give, the five TPCCs should be put in the following order: TPCC2, TPCCs,TPCC1 ,TPCC4 and TPCC3.
