调肝止血法对人置器后子宫异常出血者子宫内膜组织肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究以柴胡止血液为方药的调肝止血法治疗宫内节育器所致子宫异常出血症的机理。方法:观察柴胡止血液对置IUD子宫异常出血者子宫内膜组织肿瘤坏死因子α含量的影响,并与中药归脾丸以及西药消炎痛进行比较。结果:柴胡止血液能够降低置IUD子宫异常出血者子宫内膜组织肿瘤坏死因子α的含量,其中大剂量效果最好,与空白组比较,P<0.05。结论:以柴胡止血液为方药的调肝止血法可能通过改善子宫局部组织肿瘤坏死因子α的活性,促进子宫内膜组织的修复,从而治疗置IUD所致子宫异常出血。Objective：To clarify the mechanism of the method of adjusting liver to stop bleeding by Chaihu Zhixueye that cure uterine metrorrhagia due to IUD. Methods：To observe the effects of Chaihu Zhixueye on TNF -α in women with IUD, and compared its effects with Guipiwan group and Indomethacin group. Results：Compared to the blank group, Chaihu Zhixueye can reduce the contents of TNF - α, especially the max dose group and the mid dose group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chaihu Zhixueye can eure uterine metrorrhagia with IUD through regulate the activity of TNF -α,promoting the renovation of endometrium tissues.
